Study Method?

Whenever exam is close, we tend to study as much as we can so that we won't fail. Still, some of us still failed while others passed with flying colours. There are also events that even we've studied for a long to prepare, we've still failed some subjects. Thus, I've my.self concluded that time allocation is not that much important. Even if it is, it would only able to support us with that much. To me, I find that understanding the notes and being able to write it in your own way does wonders. At least for me, if anyone has a better study method. Keep me posted.
